A evolutionary body journey in the ocean, on the beach & the dance floor. Spiralling unrevealing in search of the forgotten elements. Meeting the force of nature with sensitivity. Practising physical awareness, reclaiming a long lost space within the heart of the matter.

In Touch Journeys open an experiemental and experiencial space. In a save frame we are working in natural surroundings to invite the elements into our exploration. As a core discipline we work with Ci because it is one of the most powerfull tools for embodiement that we know of. Our aim is also to bring the qualities of embodiment and nature to the cities and into academic educational frames. 

In this Journey you can collect credits/hours  for the In Touch Teachers Training.
