Astiko followed the tantric path since 1980 when she met the tantric master Osho in her search for truth and consciousness. The dimension of the Now opened and with it all the multidimensional posibilities to feel, hear, touch, smell and taste this very eternal moment and to know the one inside that feels, touches,hears etc.
For twenty years she explored different paths and techniques to bring awareness to the body, to free it from structures and limiting believesystems, to unravell  mystical,creative and healing capacities through the natural flow of the body when habited with full consciousness.
Since 1993 she teaches tantra as a way to expand consciousness and awaken  passion and compassion.
